Required documents for Allegro
Cozumel weddings

Copy of Passport
- Copy of the tourist card (you
receive this prior to entering Mexico, at no cost).
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- Blood Test of HIV and VDRL (must
be taken within 15 days before the wedding date).
- Health Certificate (Could be
taken in the hotel, it costs about $50.00 USD each).
- If divorced, you need copies
of these documents (Must be translated in Spanish)
- Marriage form. This will
be given upon arrival for the Bride, Groom, their parents and 4 witnesses.
The only thing the
Wedding Coordinator needs to do in advance is schedule the wedding date
with the judge.
You have to be in
Cozumel Mexico for 48 hours before you can get married. Allegro Resort
Cozumel prefers the wedding party to be there for 3 days prior to ensure
all the required documents are ready.
